Cancellation and Changes to an order

Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your order or a portion of your order, we will attempt to do so, however we cannot guarantee cancellations that are made after 3:00 P.M. GMT on the day that you place the order. If you order after 3:00pm, you must cancel by 9:00am GMT the next day.

Making Changes To Your Order
If you request to change the color of an item on your order, we will attempt to make the change for you. No changes, except for color, can be made to the items on an order. If you request to change to another item (besides a color change), we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one. We cannot guarantee changes that are made after 4:00 P.M. GMTon the day that you place the order. If you order after 4:00pm, you must cancel by 9:00am GMT the next day.
