Delivery Information
We use
parcel force and
interlink for all our deliveries. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, however at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times,
please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering. It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courrier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from the local depot. Please note; parcels that are returned to unicorn saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courriers depot, will be subject to a £15 courriers charge.
