You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering. It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from the local depot. Please note; parcels that are returned to unicorn saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courriers depot, will be subject to a £15 couriers charge.
