The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and Unicorn Saddlery. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and re-export control laws and regulations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this web site. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the unicornsaddlery.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. 

 

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Unicorn Saddlery, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details.

Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

 

Due to system limitations, multi-buy promotions including buy one get one free, bulk discount offers will only apply within one transaction. If you would like a tailored quote for large quantities or regular orders, please contact Unicorn Saddlery via email or phone.

 

If free postage is offered, it applies to a Standard Delivery only and excludes quoted and overseas deliveries. Minimum order value of £75 will be required to qualify for postage offers. 

 

Unicorn Saddlery reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time, should circumstances change.

 

 

If you believe an item to be faulty, please return the item to us asap, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange where possible or alternatively refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return until goods are determined to be faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.

Many of our products are guaranteed for a certain period from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary, goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.

 

Goods ordered from Unicorn Saddlery for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country. All custom charges due must be paid by you, these are different in every country and we have no control over them. Please contact your local customs office for full details.

 

 

All new electrical products that can be recycled will carry the "crossed out wheelie bin" to help you remember to recycle them. 

 

 

When using the unicornsaddlery.com, you take responsibility for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. Unicorn Saddlery reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately
