How the inside is fitted depends on what you tell us when you order: five ponies gets you telescopic partitions that adjust to each animal, six gets a simpler breast bar layout instead. Either way the stalls sit on the diagonal, which makes better use of the internal width than a straight arrangement would for animals this size.
A lighter animal feels road imperfections more than a full-sized horse does, which is where the standard-fit suspension earns its keep, smoothing out the kind of jolts that would otherwise unsettle a pony faster than a horse. Windows along both sides keep air moving the length of the trailer rather than just at the front.
A galvanised chassis and aluminium side panelling are there to shrug off years of loading and unloading, and the floor matting is bonded down rather than left loose, so it stays put under hooves.
