Returns Policy
You have 28 days to return items bought online for a refund. Any items returned outside of this period will be for exchange or credit only. You must make your own arrangements for returning your goods. We always will advise a tracked service as we are not responsible for any costs if your item is to go missing in transit.
If you believe an item to be faulty, please return the item to us as soon as possible, complete with the original packaging and proof of purchase. All faulty items will be inspected by the original manufactuerers to deem if the item is indeed faulty. This may take up to 28 days. If an item is faulty we will be happy to exchange where possible or alternatively refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return until goods are determined to be faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
