Delivery Information
If you place an order on our website before 1 pm (UK Time) we will endeavour to dispatch your goods the same working day for next day delivery.
Any orders placed after the 1 pm deadline, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
Please be aware feed and bedding can only be delivered within 20 miles of the shop (TA3 6TW) Please call the shop on 01823 481484 for further information. Thank you
We use DPD for all our deliveries. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, you will be notified of any delays to this.
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from the local depot. Please note; parcels that are returned to unicorn saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courier's depot, will be subject to a £15 couriers charge.
All delivery services utilise a tracking system so you can see where your delivery is at all times. Tracking details will be sent to you once goods are dispatched.
