Delivery Information

If you place an order on our website before 1 pm (UK Time) we will endeavour to dispatch your goods the same working day for next day delivery.

Any orders placed after the 1pm deadline, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

We use DPD for all our deliveries. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, you will be notified of any delays to this.

It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only.  Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from the local depot.  Please note; parcels that are returned to unicorn saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courier's depot, will be subject to a £15 couriers charge. 

All delivery services utilise a tracking system so you can see where your delivery is at all times. Tracking details will be sent to you once goods are dispatched.

VAT is included in the price.

Please note due to Brexit we are unable to send orders outside of the UK with the value of less than £150 (excluding postage) due to IOSS VAT.

Please be aware this does not apply to feed and bedding orders.

Feed and bedding deliveries are carried out by our in house delivery driver. We deliver to a radius of up to 50 miles, with a delivery charge of £1 per mile. Please call on 01823 481484 for further information or to place an order, thank you. Minimum quantities do apply.

We deliver to the following countries:

* Excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands.

Please note this does not apply to our Nuveq steamers due to weight. Shipping for the Compact Eco & Expert Pro is £60.
