Fine Quality English Leather Grackle Noseband. This Grackle has a fluffy sheepskin centre pad that can be trimmed if desired.  

Also known as the figure of eight this noseband takes its name from the winner of the 1931 Grand National. The Grackle should be fitted snugly so that the top strap goes around the horses jaws above the bit, resting just below the facial bone, while the lower strap passes below the bit, keeping the mouth closed. The Grackle puts pressure on the horses nose, where the straps cross, and helps prevent the horse from crossing his jaws.
