Horse Feed & Bedding Multi Buy Discounts
at Unicorn Saddlery
Unicorn Saddlery's discounts take up to 5% off all animal feed and bedding when you purchase three or more feed items in one order. The saving grows with the order; the larger the order, the larger the discount. It covers everything from horse feed to animal feed, working dog food to bedding.
Feed and bedding ordered on our website is click and collect only, from our shop at Hatch Beauchamp near Taunton. Collection is free.
If you'd rather have it brought to your yard, our team can deliver within 50 miles of the shop. Just give us a call to place your order, as feed deliveries can only be arranged over the phone.
How does the multi buy discount work?
It's based on the number of items in your basket. The more feed and bedding items you add to an order, the bigger the percentage taken off. The discount is set by the number of items in the basket:

The discount applies to every qualifying item in that order.
A single horse owner picking up four bags saves 1%. A yard ordering 24 bags saves 4% across all of them, which works out at £20 off a £500 order.
You can mix products and brands freely to reach the next band, so long as they're all from the eligible categories; a few bags of hard feed, a bale of chaff and a pack of shavings all count towards the total.
Which feeds and bedding are included?
The multi buy discount covers the whole Feed & Bedding range:
- Horse feed: mixes, cubes, chaffs, balancers and forage feeds for horses and ponies.
- Bedding: shavings, pellets and other stable bedding.
- Animal feed: feed for chickens, sheep and pigs, plus hay and haylage.
- Working dog food: complete diets for working and active dogs.
Brands in the feed store include Spillers, Topspec, Red Mills, Heygates and Skinner's.

Local feed and bedding delivery
Unicorn Saddlery delivers feed and bedding within a 50 mile radius of the shop, using our own driver rather than a courier. We have a lot of repeat customers, which means that we get to know exactly where you want your feed and bedding dropped off.
Delivery is charged at £1 per mile and minimum quantities apply. Delivery orders are taken by phone, so you'll have to call the shop on 01823 481484 in order to book a slot.
Tips for stocking up on feed
Buying more feed at once saves money, but only if it stays fresh until you use it. A few checks help:
What's the best way to take advantage of this offer?
Club together. Sharing one order with others on your yard is an easy way to reach a higher discount band.
Is it easy to change feeds?
Change feeds slowly. If you're switching to a new feed to take advantage of the offer, introduce it gradually over at least a week to avoid upsetting your horse's digestion.
How should I store my animal feed?
Store it dry and off the floor. Keep bags on pallets or in sealed bins, away from damp walls, to protect them from moisture and rodents. Our feedroom accessories include bins and scoops for this.
To place an order, browse the Feed & Bedding range online or call the shop on 01823 481484.
