- Feature an apple scent to help encourage acceptance of the bit, mouthing and help to improve performance.
- Warmer to the touch than traditional stainless steel bits making it ideal for younger horses or horses with a sensitive mouth.
"The Dutch Gag is often used for Cross country and/or Jumping when you need to grab their attention quickly in order to gain control ready for the next jump. The Mullen is a straight bar bit with ergonomic shaping, and is a very mild mouthpiece, only applying pressure on the tongue and lips with minimal pressure on the bars of the mouth, so is often used for horses with a soft mouth."
