Trailer Sales – Important Information 

At Unicorn Saddlery, we want every customer to feel confident and supported when purchasing a trailer. Below is an overview of how our trailer sales and aftercare process works. 

Warranty & Inspections 

All new trailers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience an issue, please return the trailer to us so we can arrange an inspection. The manufacturer will assess whether the issue is due to a fault, wear and tear, or accidental damage. We will update you as soon as we receive their findings. 

Breakdown & Horse Recovery 

Unicorn Saddlery does not provide breakdown recovery or emergency horse transport. We strongly recommend that customers have appropriate trailer breakdown cover or equine recovery insurance before travelling.
