Product Description
TopSpec Senior Feed Balancer is an ideal balancer for stiff elderly horses, particularly if they are lacking muscle development, topline and condition. It combines the benefits of a conditioning feed balancer and a joint supplement, in a highly cost-effective way.
Senior Feed Balancer is a very palatable, high protein, cereal-grain-free, low sugar and starch, ‘Non-Heating’ concentrated feed that contains a multi-supplement including high levels of micronutrients and digestive aids. It is important to keep the sugar and starch intake of elderly horses low when the level of fully chewed fibre reaching the hindgut is compromised, to help maintain healthy hindgut function and avoid loose droppings.
Further Key Nutritional Facts: -
- An effective way to optimise digestive efficiency, and feed economy, for most horses.
- A fully comprehensive range of the micronutrients needed for elderly horses to balance feed and improve its utilisation, even in demanding situations.
- High levels of good quality protein to provide the building blocks for muscle development and topline, often lacking in elderly horses.
